Today has been a great day, but my most Favorite part of today has been spendin' time with my Dad. Today we changed the oil in the car together and threw the football. I have a great time with my Dad. He always makes things fun! Having a good, Christian earthly father is important, but having a Heavenly Father is more important. I am glad I have both! I am glad my Heavenly Father gave me the best Dad I could ever have. Not all the kids, in the world, are as priveledged as me by having a dad who loves you and cares about your feelings, your physical life and your spiritual life as well. I am glad my Dad doesn't just care about me and my sisters physical life but my spiritual life as well. My Dad and Mom are the greatest Christians I know. My parents led me to the Lord when I was 3 1/2. I can still remember the night I got saved..........March 3rd, 1999. I was in my bed (supposed to be going to sleep). I had been asking questions for the whole week. I remember my Dad came into my room and asked if I would like to get saved. I remember while he was talking, I could see my Mom's shadow on the wall, on the other side of my doorway. When I finished praying my Mom came in and she was so excited! That was the greatest night of my life! I am glad I had some Christian parents that were willing to lead me to the Lord. I love my Mom and Dad with all my heart.
