The Past Few weeks.....
11:52 AM
The past few weeks have been very busy. As you know we started language school from 9:00 to 11:30. It has been going very well! Yesterday and today, our church is hosting a Canadian preachers conference. The conference is in English and French! The conference is for preachers all over Canada and Quebec is the only French province! I am so happy I can hear some preaching in English. We also sing congregational songs in French and English! I realized that I don't know the words to "Jesus Saves" any more. I kept finding myself singing it in French...... Jesus Sauve Aujourd'hui! We had two great messages last night! I really enjoyed Pastor Roy's message from 2 Chronicles 7:11-14! It was a great message! I am looking forward to hearing the preaching tonight!!!
Silas begging me to hold him!( Okay, maybe he was just tired of sitting in his highchair!)
My Baby Brother Silas!..........Hoping for a Gideon or a Felecia,...either one will work! :)
Lately, I have really enjoyed playing with my brother, Silas. He is now at the age where he can crawl around, stand up, and laugh at anything from peek-a-boo all the way to an action figure eating his belly! One thing he does not do, is fight with you! He may try to get something he wants, but after him trying to pull it out of your hands for 10 seconds, he goes and finds something else to play with:) He now has learned to climb under things and over things to get to what he wants. He has also learned to pull boxes out from under my bed! I have enjoyed playing with him and I can't wait till he is old enough to learn how to play football!
.............................................................................................................................................................. Silas and I playing in the grass! ( He is actually very scared of the grass whenever he touches it he trembles, but Mom wants him to learn to be a boy's boy and get grass stained jeans and muddy hands! Notice the knees of my jeans!)
