Preachers are some of the most important people God uses. Preachers have been important in my life and I would like to share a couple of my favorites with you
My all-time favorite preacher is my Dad. My Dad preaches practical messages that you can take home and use. Dad works great with kids, teens, and all around. When my Dad preaches something, I can watch him go home and use it. I love my Dad!

Dr. Don Strange is the Pastor of Winkler Road Baptist Church in Ft. Myers, Florida. Pastor Strange is the pastor of our sending church as well. He is an excellent preacher and almost every church we go to has either heard of Pastor Strange or met him. Pastor Strange is a very good pastor in, not only preaching, but taking care of his appointed flock. If you are sick or are in the hospital, Pastor Strange will come and cheer you up. He will joke with you and sing a song called "Don't give up on the Brink of a Miracle".
Dr. Dave McCoy is the pastor of Peoples Baptist Church in McDonough, Geogia. He is a practical preacher and loves children. Pastor McCoy's church has one of the best choirs I have ever heard.
Dr. Scott Caudill is the pastor of Caanan Baptist Church in Covington, Georgia. When Pastor Caudill goes to a church normally he sings. Pastor Caudill is one of the best male singers I have ever heard! My favorite message that Dr.Caudill preaches is a sermon about grace.
Dr. Jim Brown is an evangelist and has been a big impact in my family's life. Dr. Jim Brown took a church to pastor in Carthage, Missouri. My family soon moved to Carthage so my Dad could be taught by Dr. Brown to preach and run a ministry. While there, I was saved and baptized in his church. Later, Dr.Brown moved to Hattiesburg, Mississippi to help Central Baptist Church. We followed Dr. Brown there to be on staff as Youth director.
Dr. Dan Carr is the pastor of Faith Baptist Church of Gulfport, Mississippi. I have downloaded over 7 messages of Pastor Carr onto my MP3 player and have listened to them constantly! Dr. Carr is one of the greatest practical preachers I have ever heard. If you would to get some of Dr. Carr's messages you can go to their website here:

Hi, Joshua! I read your mom's blog and wanted to stop by and read yours too. I have two sons who are a bit older than you, ages 21 and 18. They're both in Bible college now, but it wasn't long ago that they were your age and listening to their favorite preachers too. I really enjoyed reading about yours!
