Today we arrived in Ontario! The hotel is great! When we got into the hotel the church had a big gift baskett in the room, it was filled with all sorts of goodies! As you know we traveled thru New York. We were all so excited! We listened to Patch the Pirate's "Great American Time Machine" right before we crossed the border. The day before we left, I printed up a scavenger hunt for the car. I also printed a paper I wrote about America, so that we could read it right before we crossed into America. My Mom wanted me to post it on my blog. :} So here is my "masterpiece". ....................................................................................................................................................................The Greatest country in the world.....The American flag is the prettiest.....Many things can be said about America but none so great as........This Nation was founded on the Bible! This country is a Christian nation. Many countries are not a Christian nation and many countries do not have freedom. America has been greatly blessed by God! Thank the Lord for our freedom! May this remind you of some of the greatest sayings, acts, and papers of our American Nation.... In God we trust, The Constitution,.....The Liberty Bell,.......The Statue of Liberty,.... "Freedom to worship God in one's own way",.....The Declaration of Independance,......The MayFlower Compact,.....the first Thanksgiving....The Revolution,.....Our Soliers today and those gone before us to fight for our and other's freedom. This is truly............. THE LAND OF THE FREE AND THE HOME OF THE BRAVE.....ONE NATION UNDER GOD!!!
